Slacking Fever
Slacking Fever
Dear Diary,
Currently Listening To: Daggers Speak Louder Than Words; Alesana; On Frail Wings of Vanity and Wax
Current Mood: slacking
Work was slacking through Wednesday till Friday. Crapping like hell. On Wednesday, we had to type product brochures into softcopy. Yeah, I always got more to type. According to my managers, I typed faster than Halizah. Haha
On Thursday, it was a busy day for us. We got to help Ms Diana and Ms Serene to prepare to the seminar after lunch. First, filing some brochures and portfolio into company folders. Then, setting up the banner. It was confusing like hell. No instructions, no manual. Just us, the banner and disassembled stand. Gosh! That Afzal just gave up on it when trying a bit only... Another guy just went tsktsktsk on us... Bloody! Thanks to Fadil, we got our banner set up! Yeah! Blur but got strength. =P
I wore my sis's dry fit zip up t-shirt, black jeans and blue Puma shoes. Plain lazy to even think about what to wear.
After carrying stuffs and all to the taxi, lunch for us! Hahaha Then we realised that both Ms Diana and Ms Serene had to attend the seminar. So as some staffs. We got wild after lunch! Crapping, spinning our swivel chair, humming to tunes of opening theme of Azumanga Daioh... Oh the bull! Hahahaha
Met up with Hafiz Y and Mard after school. It was raining throughout the whole day. Chilling at Marina Square. Mard with new haircut!!! Ahhh!! I envied her! I wanna cut my hair too! Not much money left... Gah! Got static! Argh! Painful sey! Talked and sharing stuffs, we were all tired by 9.30pm.
Once I reached home, some dosage of Sims Nightlife before heading to sleep.
On Friday, came half an hour late! Thanks to my sleepiness. Missed the 8 o'clock bus. Gah! The bus driver was crazy. He jammed the brakes and a couple of times I jerked forward. It was scary. Had the feeling of being thrown forward. But not literally. Haha
I got back to designing the company banner. Did some changes and that, but I'm no finished. My fingers were itchy to touch the paper shredder, binding machine and the pencil sharpener. Hahahaha Halizah thought I was like a villager working at CBD area. Everything also want to touch.
After all these 5 weeks of internship, I used to believed that there was no Malay Food available. We ended up eating fast food and was getting sick of it. However, all this while the path I walked to office, I did not know that there IS a Malay food stall just behind our building!
I don't know, maybe I just ignored it because the pathway I walked was usually infested with Banglas having some breakfast and looking at chicks. Hahahaha Crazy me.
Not much work given, so I printed out some references of HTML, XHTML, JavaScripts and CSS. To just get me a head start before new term begins.
My cubicle neighbour, Yong Yong was wearing Doc. Martens boots! No wonder when she walks, the footsteps were deep. I want a pair!!!
Shawn, the new System Admin guy, was there and he was shocked to see our cubicle. Too many wires around! 2 workstations, 1 switch and laptop. Wires! Wires! Wires! I remembered Ms Diana used another LCD screen to connect with her mini, ultra portable laptop, and used it as a split screen. Like extended screen some sort. So I tried it. IT WORKS!!! Hhahaha Can't stop laughing about that! So awkward about it!
Argh! Gosh! Was tired when I came back from work. Played Cabal for awhile then I got sleepy... Defrag my laptop, and while waiting for it to end, I fall asleep!!! WTH! Mard waited till 3am for me to get online... Hahaha I was already sleeping at 11.30pm. Hahhhaa Poor Mard-y!
Well, since I'm at CeMTA now, I think the drama should end soon... Air-con! Coldcoldcold!
PS: I was doing some makeover for that person. And maybe I'll give the end product to some people to view it. Ask me if you wanna see it.
