Dear Diary,
Currently Listening To: Ambrosia; Alesana; On Frail Wings Of Vanity And Wax
Current Mood: contented... Hey I'm back! Well, I finished my paper today and it was manageable (yeah, I remember staring at that GIANT clock thinking what to write for the answer of one question!) Currently, I'm learning how to create my own webpage. Designs and all those stuff by moi (hehe) Just trying to get the basics and hang of it. Why not I excel in multimedia since I love it? =) Looking forward to the holidays. Hopefully it is well-spent and more things awaits for me! Hidayah my dear, so sorry that I've finished my exams and you're mugging at home. "Since when we got holidays ?" quoted by Hidayah. To a greater extent, it's true by the way that most students that are living in here rarely have holidays as they climb the education ladder. Holidays = Time is precious = Mugging every second = Normal school day => No holidays + No enjoyment Back to square one I guess. From what I see the education system in Singapore is that the higher education you have, the better paying job you will get. True, you need to be EDUCATED to be able to get employed. In the olden times, once you get hold of a Degree cert is considered that you are highly educated. Get good job, earn good money, stable financial income. However, as you may see nowadays, more and more people are able to get into university and produce a Degree of their own. As more people holding a Degree in their hands, the job employment have to raise its stakes. Like buying an item; if demand is high, price inflates. If demand is low, price decrease. Same goes to the employment. By looking at current situation now, fresh uni grads find it hard to get a job despite having a Degree. In near future, Degree would not longer use. Who knows you might need a PHD to get the same job? Might not be true. But the future will tell. *PeAcE oUt* \m/ With Love, Lady Ratna |
