Dear Diary,

Currently Listening To: Cemetary And Sundown; Cradle Of Filth; Thornography
Current Mood: sleepy..... stiff shoulder drives me nuts

Man, it's been quite awhile [what the heck... it's been such a loooooong time!] I last since updated my blog... Yeah, quite busy with my life now. Hard to update or even keep up with teenagers' life [ Yeah right! I'm reaching my young adulthood life sooner]

Just last friday, on Good Friday, my group and I went for an outing at night. Played pool [Nah, I was watching them instead!] , Sarah showed her skills [Go Sarah!]... Impressive. As for me, Kevin and I spent our time playing those 'Photo Hunt' games... I tell you, to find 5 differences within those 2 given pictures, can improve on your 'narrow eye' trick!!! What the heck! Oh yeah! For sure we can find 4 differences within a few secs, but the last one can kill you! I won't express that experience here if you want to know, GO FOR IT! TRY! No harm... Hahaha

Our movie starts at around 9.45pm, oh, we're watching "Freedom Writers" though maybe it's been out quite for some time but it's worth watching it... The movie is based on true story about a new teacher whose class have no basic knowledge in English and how she learnt that for the students to survive a day, without any rioting or even involved in any violent crimes, is enough for them.

It was quite touching when one of the students wanted to turn over a new leaf and asking his mother to be there to go through it with him . Whoa! No spoiler plots for now! The whole cinema was sad [maybe, but not me though..] and quiet during that tense [maybe...] scene when Justin spoiled the whole situation by letting out "Fffrrrrrtttt!!!" And he's TWO SEATS AWAY FROM ME!! Jason and the whole lot surrounding him laughed. Lucky no smell.

Took night rider home, and gosh! soooo sleepy... 12.15am when I board the bus. Fast ride back to Bukit Panjang and opps! No more LRT! Never mind, so I just walked home with Khatijah. I pitied her walking alone so I accompanied her lah. I don't mind anyway...

To me, 11pm or 12am is too early like it's only 9 10pm++... Really... Don't be afraid when at night. No MRT, take bus. No bus, take cab. No cab? Just walk lah! So simple. You'll reach your destination anyway. I've experienced it many times when there's no more MRT, LRT and bus services. I just take cab home if there's no other alternative way.

Yan! You made my day yesterday at Carribean! I love your Chef Yan act and that swimming trunks joke! My my, my stomach hurts sooo badly just hearing him talk... The BBQ was nice, Manaf and Yan, I declare you two 'Chef of the Day'! Though chao tah at first, it was superb near the end! Yum yum!

Anyway, for those who want or does not know where am I heading after O' Levels, I'm going to study Higher Nitec Information Technology course in ITE College East [Simei]. Starting in 6 days' time, my life will change. For the better or worse? Lets hope for the better shall we? Why I don't appeal it's because simple; why do I have to fight a place in polytechnic when there's hundreds or even thousands of student fight for the same thing? Might as well, I go through the long way by obtaining more experience in the working industry so I could manage it better.

For now, in working industry is not about just your education on its own but your experience counts. 'Cause you may score very well in papers or exams, what about when things happen in reality? Know how to handle it? Stunned? Frozen? All we learn in school is just the theory part but not practical. Which is why ITE and Polytechnics were built.

Never mind for those who landed themselves with the same fate as me. Like I said before, we're going to reach to the same destination, except long time. Gain as much knowledge and experience from those educators you called 'teachers, class advisors and etc.' I've seen people succeed in life even though their education is not good. Believe me or not, they had buried their past and turned over a new leaf. I'm not saying that you should drop your education just like that! Continue studying, gain as much experience as you can because when you're young and full of energy, make full use of it. That'll prepare you what kinds of obstacles and challenges in your future.

It's 5.10am now and I have a training later on at 11am. I may not be updating as often as you think. I have to sacrifice some of my personal time for more important things. Till then...

With Love,

Lady Ratna
