Dear Diary,
ok..went 2 GPA [Gema Puisi Artistik] @ Singapore Power Auditorium...sheesh! we got a bad sitting position, far right of d auditorium...came 2 early... anyway, we were bored waiting, n waiting n waiting...last2 came Hazrul Nizam, 4 da opening performance..performed 2 songs 4 us...i dunno but i fink it's his 2 hit singles...den watched Yishun Junior Colleage...my 1st impression was lyk wat?? hahaha....followed by our very own skool!!! all of dem got their faced painted and hairs done 2 look lyk cats...suprisingly, dey got bells on their legs...hahaha da whole grp's tensions' gone when da audience laughed n were entertained by our performance....
other skools also were in da finals lyk Singapore Poly, Tampines JC, Tanjong Katong Girl's, Seranggon JC, Meri JC, Ahmad Ibrahim sec n Millenia Institute....most of dem r acts wif angry xpressions, sum wif dikir barat, dancing n 2 bad 4 TKGS...dey showcased last time's performance again...also there's 3 guest artistes performed...all 2gether there's 11 of em...one is D-no-D i fink, hafiz, da flute guy, 3 acoustic guitar players, 1 drum player, n 1 bass player...
after all tt, it all came down 2 da prize presentation...4 catogaries of Most Original Music, Most Unique Performance, Best Showcase of Poetry and i dunno wats da other one...3rd goes 2 Serangoon, 2nd i fink S'pore Poly.... my head was lyk wat if west spring got 1st..my head is telling da truth!!! WSSS WON DA GPA!!!! WE BEAT DA 2004 CHAM MILLENIA INSTITUTE!!!! sooo happy sia....jump here n there...hugs & tears everywhere....man! best day of my life man! did not waste my time there...worth it every min...
came back 2 celebrate by having a Ramli beef burger n oso Starbucks Cappucino Mocha coffee...hahaha cant sleep sia...finally dosed off after reading sum books...*PeAcE OuT* \m/
